I am a graduating senior at Southeastern Louisiana University. While here, I majored in English with a focus in creative writing and a minor in publishing. I have surrounded myself with books and the book community as much as I can. I have always immersed myself in what it means to be a writer and have a novel impact one’s life in such a way that leaves them thinking about it long after they finish reading it.

I fell in love with reading when I was in junior high and have been reading for fun ever since. Reviewing books is tricky because if you are reading because you have to, it makes the book less enjoyable which then alters your perception of what the book means to you. Each of the reviews that I am listing here are books that I have read simply because I heard about them and decided to read them. Every review is opinion based and, therefore, may not be the case for everyone. I look forward to creating a community where opinions can be shared and recommendations can be offered!
